UNIT 22: Choosing Assessment Activities.

Is important to choose an ideal activity to assess our students? According to my point of view, I believe that is really  important to choose activities that really shows the progress of our students. Another point of view is that we must to know how we are going to assess. We could take the formal assessment or the informal one. The formal assessment is based on test or examinations that we can use to measure our students level. While, the informal  help students to improve their knowledge. Into the examples of assessment activities a teacher has the opportunity to choose some of this: cloze test, proofreading, multiple-choice questions, guided writing or information gap activity. ech of then has different purposes to evaluate, so we have to be well informed which can be useful. Personally, I prefer to use the multiple-choice questions because these are easy to manage, and they show the exactly thing that  we want to evaluate. Also, it is important to have a good criteria to use the activities. we should pay attention on many details like the level of students, the type of class and the things that we are going to assess.  As a result, the succeed of our assessment will depend on chosen activity.
